Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY Rescheduling or cancellations are to be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. SAME- DAY CANCELLATIONS, will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. NO-SHOW, failure to not show without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service and No further appointments. we ask that our clients arrive to their appointments on time. a 20 min grace period is allowed, however arriving later than this will result in a fee of $30.00. Please do not bring any children or extra guest to your appointment. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient operation for all of our Flawless clients.
